Almost one layer card - Gold n black - The ton stamp - Card #1

Hi...

Friends...

One of my friend has started a new way of using her stash to maximum extent. She gathers few supplies and make atleast 5 cards from those supplies. So i thought why not try this, as its challenging. Initially I was scared about how will I go ahead? will it work? will i be able to make atleast two cards?

Then remembered these words "Unless you leave the shore you cant enjoy the beauty of endless sea". So decided to give it a try, once I started felt like I CAN DO THIS. So here I am with few cards which i made with one stamp set. So come back again to look at next card of mine.

I cut out strip from front panel of the card base then heat embossed the sentiment with gold glitter embossing powder, then i adhered a strip of acetate sheet to fit to the main panel and two thin gold strips. I used The Ton stamp and heat embossed the image on a white card stack.

This is how the front panel looks like.

I just love how that gold glitter sparkles.

Kraft+white (texture paste)

Hi...

Friends...

Here I am with one more simple one layer card. I am so happy that I am able to make one layer cards.
Its a 5*7" top folding card base.
Used Tim holtz stencil and embossing paste towards the bottom portion of the card base.
After the paste dried for 3-4 hours i stamped the solid strip on both sides and sentiment with white pigment ink.

Copic clouring - Birthday card

Hi..

Here I am with my second attempt in copic colouring. I love colouring but I never get satisfied with my colouring. Off lately loving monster stamps. And my first monster stamp is from Your next stamp. They have lovely stamps.

I stamped, and coloured the image with copics. Then fussy cut it (which I dont like though). Then i die cut a square on the front panel of the card, stamped the sentiment with black ink and used the same to draw lines (with light hand) to guide me to make the night sky on the card base. Then stamped few stars on the ink blended area. Placed the front panel with foam tape. Then placed the monster image with foam tape too.
