Partial die cutting

Hi...

Friends...

Recently I realised that I have bought many things which I have not used till date. Things which I bought at the beginning were left out always. So thought I will use them and make a card.

SO here is my card. I used a die and with partial die cutting method ( I always watend to try this technique but I never did ) I made the flaps so that the reciever can open and see the message inside. I made two mat pieces for inside so tht message can be written on innermost layer.
To match the inside of the card with outside I stamped the image with inkadinkado stamp which happens to be my first stamp set which i bought and never used.

So here is the card

Kraft + White pigment ink

Hi...

Off lately i have fallen love with white pigment ink on kraft card stock. It started with running short of white card bases n ended with these kraft cards.

I used Altenew Hennah element stamp set and Hero arts white unicorn ink for the card. I stamped elements on lower portion of the card base and then cut it out with SSS die. I adhered the big pieces on front of the card base with foam tape and stamped sentiment with same ink. I adhered the remaining stamped piece inside the card.

Its a top folding card

I am entering this card to Fusion card challenge

Kraft card stock + White pigment ink

Hi...

Here I am with simple and quick cards. I made these cards for Muse challenge .

The inspiration card so fun that I ended up doing two cards with same layout.
For first card I used SSS stamp set. I stamped the half image with Khaki ink and the other half with white pigment ink. Stamped sentiment with memento ink.

I got inspired by the layout of the inspiration card. The inspiration card had pop of red colour so I used black to pop as my card base was kraft.
The white and khaki colours were subtle so to add another colour I stamped sentiment with black which could stand out yet is in harmony with other colours.

Made the other card with same design. I used clearly besotted stamp for this.

Colouring with pencils

Hi...

Friends...

Its been a while I was away from blog, but here I am with another card. I had planned to do shaker card and I had to change gear half way long as I forgot to put acetate in-between ;) . So made it open window card.

Its a top folding 5*7" card. I used a square die to cut the 3 windows on the front panel. I stamped n cut out images. I coloured the images with steadler pencils.

Then placed the images behind each windows and mounted on card base with foam sheet and stamped the sentiment.

Stencil + Glitter

Hi...

Friends...

This card was a mess and ended in mess. I used a stencil to make the background and then die cut a window. For sentiment I used technique tuesday die and die cut with red card stock.
I adhered few layers of it for dimension. Used foam squares to adhered the panel on the front of the card base then glued the sentiment inside the window. Then i applied glossy accents on top of sentiment. I preserved the positive space of die cut for another card. It was my first time with this technique and messed a little bit.

I am entering this card to Casology : Week 170 : HEART
